About Us

The John C. Cannon Retirement and Assisted Living Residence (The Cannon House) is a licensed, 120-unit assisted living housing facility, which provides several levels of personal care services to elderly residents. The facility is a senior apartment complex with personal care services provided around the clock by a trained staff of approximately 40 full time employees.

The facility is located in Central Seattle at 113 - 23rd Avenue S., Seattle, Washington 98144. It is directly across from Catholic Community Services, the Douglas - Truth Library, and within walking distance of Walgreen's Drugs, Starbucks, Promenade 23 Grocery, and a number of churches. It is conveniently located near Metro bus service connections to all parts of Seattle.
